In Partnership with Olds College
The AJSA Board has worked together to introduce a new educational opportunity for our members. Carcass Quest was developed to showcase what the Shorthorn breed is capable of doing in a feedlot production setting. It will help promote, market and highlight the breed by utilizing real carcass data, while providing educational opportunities for our youth.
